You are covered by the VEBA Chiropractic Benefit Program administered by American Specialty Health Plans of California, Inc. (ASH Plans). This is California's largest chiropractic HMO and has more than 2,700 credentialed chiropractors servicing every county in California.

More specifically, you have thirty office visits per calendar year with a $10.00 copayment per visit. Please note, you do not need to receive a referral from your primary care physician but you do need to verify that the chiropractor you visit participates in the ASH Plan before receiving services.
