CTA Death and Dismemberment Insurance You will receive up to $2,000 as a death benefit and up to $10,000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits. In addition, you can receive up to $50,000 in an Occupation/Association Leader Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit. Please note, you must register a beneficiary with CTA to obtain this benefit. Group Legal Services You can receive up to one hour of free legal consultation regarding professional or job related issues. In addition, you can receive up to 30 minutes of free legal consultation regarding non work related issues. CTA Health Information and Well-Baby Program As a member you can receive a free Mayo Clinic Guide to Self-Care book containing medical, nutrition, and wellness information. The Well-Baby Program for expectant mothers include a free Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy book, educational material, and access to a Mayo Clinic Pregnancy Advisor nurse for prenatal assistance. CTA Disaster Relief Fund The 'CTA Disaster Relief Fund' is administered by the FACT foundation and offers cash grants of $1,000, individual interest-free loans up to $2,000, and 'School Site Grants' of $500 for members who have experienced significant losses due to disasters in California.
